选择D,我的问题是，B和E中的问题是不是 they指代不明，既可以指代Compounds 也可以指代antioxidants，这样分析不知道对不对？

是这样。they指代太不清楚，最有可能指代前一句子的主语benefits.

这句考的是定语从句的平行。

AB主谓不一致

BE定语从句不平行，compounds后面有两个定语从句，that are also found ... 和that inhibit ...,如果前一个定语从句省略了that are，那么后面一个定语从句也应该是同样的形式，如：that are inhibiting ..., 这时，就可以省略that are，变成compounds also found ... and inhibiting ...

但在这个句子中，后面的定语从句的谓语为inhibit，所以要平行的话，前面的that are就不能省略。至于CE选项后面用了they，显然没有达到平行的目的。
