用排除法可以选出B, 我想问的是 not A but B ，AB要平行，可是not后面是个名词，but后面是个动词，为什么平行呢？

is not .... but comprises

e.g.: John is not a person but (John, known) is a dog. (is not X, but is Y)

still parellel.

the question asks for the sentence parellelism, not the idiomatic one.

当not A but B中AB都是名词时，AB平行；然而当but连接两个句子，not是句子的一部分时，就是两个句子平行了。这个句子是that……，but instead that……两个that平行。平行的标志就是时态一致，总体句子结构大致相同。
