我觉得王少华老师说定语从句的that作为宾语要尽量省略，作为主语就不能省略了．
比如说：This is a pig that loves me.这里的that不能省略的，This is a pig (that) I love.就可以省略了．
这题中的that我觉得是起到了主语的成分，所以应该说不能省略的啊，可是答案里它省略了．
