状语插入固定搭配一定错!

the construction of three separate sewer systems 是词组,而A将状语插入,等于切断了此固定搭配

我也支持B，同意dingxiang的说法，可是答案是A。哪位高手指点一下吧？

疯了 B不就是一个时态错了么……但再怎么也不能选A啊……

2楼的mm说的这点有根据吗？固定搭配被拆的分崩离析的可不在少数啊

我觉得这里时间状语紧跟修饰词是为了修饰准确而避免歧义,要是放在句末的话有修饰全句或system得歧义
