呵呵，好像有谁刚问过这个问题
reversion后面跟的to是介词，不是to do结构。

reverse to sth.恢复...这里 TO是介词，它的名词短语后面的TO 也应是介词。reversion to sth.

答案：A，我选了C，现在想想觉得C有点奇怪，但是说不出来为什么？请问这题的考点是什么啊？C的迷惑性在哪儿啊？

我觉得用to do总要有动作的发出者，但是题目中没有明确说明动作的发出者。
