C和E语法上讲都是对的，只能说ETS更喜欢E的用法，而且确实E 中，
dated at n years old
是更常见的用法。Nytimes上无数

虽然也能找到2，3个dated to be的例子，但是的确比较少用

正规常用的是 date back to, date from, date at

应用dated at xxx years old，或dated to xxx years ago；因此选E)。

理由如下：

A)google一下“dated at" + old, 1.18Million 条记录； google "dated to be" + old, 仅80K条记录。

B)字典里找不到dated at 或 dated to be的说明，没有权威解释，因此我们只能依靠GMAT官方原题中的用法来寻找权威依据：在GWD中见过至少2次dated at xxx years old和1次 dated to xxx years ago的用法，但没见过dated to be xxx years old的用法。
如：
1) 逻辑题GWD-11-Q41: Another campsite
was found in New Mexico
with remains dated at 16,000 years old
2） GWD-8-Q34所以选项均为dated at的用法
