更新的答案应该是e.

a中逗号部分的结构都不并列: do,adj,do, 所以不对

前面有一个their，所以这个they应该默认和their指代同一个东西

a的话or have和谁并列呢？向前搜索只有look和have同一级别，但是逻辑意思不合理。

指代没有问题，因为前面是分号。they 只能指代主句主语

指代没有问题，因为前面是分号。they 只能指代主句主语

同理，E中的they 也有指称不明的可能，但是可能性不大，因为之后的green和前文的red直接反对，所以误解they指代的可能性也不大

发现原来解释得有些不清楚，所以有回来改了一下，标红的字就是改动过的

从句意讲一遍吧

首先，look less appetizing 这是一个结论，often green and striped, or have plenty of bumps and bruises这全部是补充说明得出这个结论的理由或者说原因。
A B C从结构上看，是把结论与原因并列了，这是不合逻辑的。

比如我可以说：我特别喜欢范冰冰，因为她漂亮，同时很大气。这是类似E的表达

A B C里的表达是：我特别喜欢范冰冰，喜欢她漂亮，喜欢她的大气。 这种表达在中文里太常见了，但可惜在GMAT里就是逻辑混乱

其次，B C D 中用although，这是不合乎逻辑的，这里应该需要一个转折而非让步
