我是一只爬不动的蜗牛！我该怎么复习？ - ChaseDream

本人本科大三，在7月27日考过托福，但是分数无比惨烈！18+13+19+18=68 @#￥）%&×（……

我从3月份开始复习，3月把王玉梅的单词背完，4月开始练习听力，但是567月因为实习和学校考试的原因，把托福扔到了一边。于是在7月27日，我连口语和作文题型都不太知道的情况下，去参加了考试。现在想起来真的是太不应该了，看到分数的时候有点难过，但是并不伤心，因为我知道我连伤心的权力都没有。如果我这样的人都能得高分，那么对于别人来说就太不公平了。

于是我开始了第二次准备托福了旅程，这一次真的是要破釜沉舟背水一战了。9月29日开始，还有一个月，最起码要考到80分以上，不然的话就不用想着申请了！！

我的英语基础并不好，4级优秀，但是6级考了3级都是490多，不想考第四次了。我的听力特别差，你看看13分就知道有多差了...考试的时候机会什么都没听懂，题都是瞎猜的。阅读其实我觉得做得还不错，不知道分数怎么会如此惨烈的。我口语一直不错，考前什么都没有准备过，提醒也不知道就去考了，这个分数还是过得去的。作文，之前考四六级的时候都是考前一天狂背一些句型，稀里糊涂地写写，没有做过什么准备。

这复习十天以来，我感觉到进步不大，思路和方法也比较问紊乱没有条理。我的听力最差，而托福中听力是最重要的，所以我想先主攻听力。开始几天听Delta是在是云里雾里的，于是我买了盗版书，先听Longman，没想到Longman果然比较简单，我花了2天时间就听完了听力部分，而且基本上全都能听懂了。这让我一下子失去了方向，不知道接下去应该听什么难的的材料。这几天把OG做了，平均每一个set 6题错2个，最后的那34题错了9道！坦白的说，有些材料我都没听懂，但是凭借这大概感觉和排除其他项才能做对。但是听说现在考试越来越难了，选项越来越迷惑了，我想我还是不行的。

今天回头再听Delta，还是听不懂，很多端子只能听懂个大概，知道这个是讲天文的，这个是讲农业的，但是具体的细节还是不能抓住。但是多听几遍就恩那个听出个大概！我觉得我对单词有明显的滞后性，比如说很简单的单词：settlement，policy，但是耳熟能详就是不能立即反映出什么意思，导致我经常有一句话单词都很熟悉，很肯定都认识，但是就是一下自反映不出是什么意思！有经验的兄弟姐妹请指点我一下，我现在应该要怎么做，怎么去听，听什么材料比较合适？

这几天除了听力，没做其他的工作，似乎觉得这样不行，毕竟只有一个月的时间了！我想从明天开始，我要继续背单词，王玉梅的单词我已经背过一遍了，想在这十天内在背一遍。然后我想练习下写作，我的一位托友（ibt作文满分）说，要准备材料，例子、模板，必须要肚子里有货，考试的时候才能写出来。我现在是肚子空空，但是又不知道该怎么准备，准备什么，用什么材料，请大家给我些建议好吗?

虽然我的基础很差，成绩更差，但是我现在不得不面对事实，大气信心和勇气来参加下一次考试，也许是我最后的机会了。我每天都会在这里播报当日的复习情况，请大家监督并帮助我！

我4级准备的时间超长结果400多，6级做了5套试卷就上了也是400多，而且有趣的是分数相差不大。

所以我觉得还是4级考察实力的，lz既然4级优秀，相信我，你基础不错。

所以lz不要灰心，我和你也站在一个起跑线上，大家相互鼓励，多加油，多支持，多努力，会成功的

呵呵，很有感触，对于大部分非牛人同志，一定要有这个精神。建议楼主跟读'普特的standard'里面的cnn,bbc,npr都是小段子，而且有很多人都听写好的，对于提高听力有帮助。注意说话停顿的节奏，体会规律。

LZ 不要灰心，只要坚持下去，肯定会有好结果的。其实很多人都和你一样，比如说我，每个人都有这样或是那样的问题。

听力的问题，你可以用下那个汉克老师的听力大醉拳（置顶的帖子里有），很有用的。

个人建议还是听Delta,一次听不懂没关系，多听几次，实在听不懂了就看原文，把生词都解决掉，再听几遍，再看原文，把反应不过来的单词或者发音都摘录下来，平时没事的时候多看看，自己念念~精听还是很重要的~贵在坚持！！！

和楼上几位一样,我也觉得楼主基础不差啊...应该只是没在状态吧..

楼主在背王玉梅的单词同时要听单词的音频每次背词之前先跟听多几遍

根据我的经验，lz是哑巴英语的典型，单词看着认识，但是说出来就不认识了

我最近也在重新复习单词，这次我不但看样子，也要念出来，有很多单词变成名词或者形容词重音的位置就改变了，很烦

另外不要着急，我们不可能听到每一个词，因为还要做笔记亚，但是根据general idea 和 key words(我把我听到记下来的都叫做key words)猜一下

昨天网页打不开，所以没有及时更形。今天看到这么多同学的留言，很感动阿，谢谢大家的帮助和鼓励。

lingling7615：被你说对了，我就是那种典型的“哑巴英语”，做做选择题还行，但是听说都不太行。当初我选在考托福没有考雅思就是因为觉得新托福比较全面，对自己也是一个提高，呵呵，现在看来挑战是大了点。我现在也在看单词，不过汗了点，我昨天在听写4级单词，因为我再听写段落的时候发现，有很多4级单词我只会看，拼不正确。

上午：花了大概3小时听写了3篇Part C,一般听写知道自己认为能听得都听出来了，大概需要半个小时左右，然后再校对，重听，大概需要半个小时，由于我错误比较多，所以校对时间比较长。大家看看这样的时间花费是不是正常？

先帖两篇在这里，另一篇实在是错的太惨了，我都不好意思贴出来，其实这里篇不是错得轰轰烈烈阿，见笑了！我这次也没什么顾及面子了，反正只要有提高，只要能考好。

下面的文章是我核对以后的，但没有经过任何修改（绿色的是拼写错误，红色的是听错的）：

我觉得我有一个很重大的错误：1、单词拼写。不是难的单词，而是很多简单的，4级单词都拼不对，现在想想也是，平时做的多是选择题，阅读只要认识就可以了，所以租多单词能看不能拼，这就让我昨天晚上听写了430个4级单词。

其他的到底是连读、爆破，哪一个方面薄弱，我也不太说得清了。现在看来许多错误根据意思应该都能避免的，但是当时总是很迷茫的

下午：一觉午睡居然到3点，无语。起来赶快听Delta。Practice 2.2 A—E 都听了，虽然错的不多，但是文章还有许多不能听懂，于是精听，对照原文把生词、没反应过来的词都划出来了。

晚上：开始用“新东方”的词汇软件听写4级单词，一天430个，月底正好听完。我惨痛的拼写阿！现在才知道原来自己的英语是如此的差阿！

我把晚上犯错误的单词整理了一下，一方面也练习在电脑上打字。感觉许多单词如果手写是不会错的，但是用键盘打字就没有感觉了。

各位大牛小牛实在是见笑了，估计你们现在要笑的满地找牙了，但是这个真的是我犯的错误，呵呵！我还要继续努力，昨天的汇报就到这里了！

楼主，其实我现在连只蜗牛都不是了，真的，几乎连字都不想打了，我8月11号考的托，就只能用四个字来形容：山崩地裂！！！！！！！分数目前还没有出来，不过我已经不想面对了，看到你的分数还有遭遇，只能说天涯难觅知己啊~~~我现在真的都活着提心吊胆，特别害怕面对自己那个未知的分数，就如同回到了以前的高考前夕，天天都没有好日子过，太折磨人了，家里同学自己所带来的压力都无法面对了要~~也不知道该怎么安慰你，更不知道怎么安慰自己，就是觉得复习了这么长时间，还是一塌糊涂，我有时候真的觉得自己没有那个天分学习外语，因为从来没有放弃过它，所以就更觉得自己连蜗牛都不是了，现在就只剩下读秒来难受的等待那个分数了，想再考一次都不知道什么时候能刷到个考位，我觉得我们中国的学生简直就是太~~~~ETS就是一个坑人的机构，没有足够的考位，没有良好的服务，就只知道收钱，全拿我们这些想要出国的人的父母的血汗钱不当钱~~~！！！！！自己还这么不争气~~都无语了

我跟楼主情况差不多，四级569，六级第一次412，第二次488。第一次六级之前考的T，20+16+15+24=75。现在也在准备再考，听part C，要是一天听三篇，包括校正的时间，大概是一个半小时，楼主3个小时，好像有点多哦。我觉得我短期记忆的脑容量不够，一句话说完句子意思可能懂了，但是语序总是搞不对，还老是会出现同义替换。似乎东西听到脑子里就整合过了一遍。而且记笔记要是不记全单词就不记得什么意思了。

今天妹妹说我学了也是白学没有用，但是看了你的帖子，我想我这个小蜗牛，也要坚持爬了

To 21 楼的彗慧：看了你的回帖，我理解你的心情！但是我们既然选择了，就只能义务反顾地走下去了，我们现在正处于800米跑到500米的极限的时候，跑得上气不接下气，恨不得马上停下来。但是如果我们现在停下来，前面的500米不是就白跑了吗？前面熬了这么久，放弃了这么多东西，不是都付诸东流了么？再咬牙坚持一下，就都会过去了。我想很多牛牛开始也许和我们也一样，过了这个高原期，也许会有海阔天空的一天的。

To 22 楼的xiaoqi809：我也有这样的问题啊！句子理解拉，但是写下来的时候就会词语换位、或者是凭着感觉写下来不准确的词语。我想还是我们的基础不行吧，不够熟练，多熟练一下都会好得把。

都说外语时没有学不好的，我们一定能学好的，只是时间问题啊！

晚上几个小时中，听写了前一天背的单词，提高拼写的准确率。新一天的单词任务没能完成，今天继续。

4级494 6级474 托福73 我现在听PARTC基本听不懂，一句话要反复听5遍才能听出一半，马上大了，处于深度绝望中，看了LZ的文章有了新的动力，我要从SNAIL变成BULL！！！

背王玉梅单词1-5List ，以前背过虽然忘的不多了，但是还是有用的，至少现在不像第一次这么累，记得也很牢。把一下子不能反应过来的单词都打在Word里了。晚上还要再复习一下，然后按照杨鹏背单词方法不断重复。

练习听力
Delta 2.3A-D，由于我的时间比较紧，所以这次没有听写。如果一句话听过去每个单词都很清晰，意思也很明白，就过去；如果有一闪而过模糊的地方就反复听，实在听不出来就用荧光笔画出来。就像前面的一位同学说的，先把生词和专业名词搞出来。

两天没有来更新了，因为这几天家里有点事情，复习的进度有点慢了！

蜗牛这几天一直没有来更新，是因为这两天好朋友从国外回来，一只出去，再加上家里还有一些事情，所以一直没有大块时间来复习。这几天只是一直在巩固单词，已经把1-20List的单词倍的很熟练了，把一眼认不出的单词也专门整理出来。

蜗牛今天忙着理东西，买东西，明天要回上海的学校里了，开学的几天总是会比较忙碌，但是生活也相对来说比较有规律了。由于这个学期课程不多，9月份都不去上课了，可以脱产学习了！所以到时候会有大块的时间来复习的。

To 46楼的musyoku：现在正在听写老托福的PartC，但是仍然错误很多进度很慢，一天3段要花好些时间！有没有谁能告诉我，我要怎么办啊！！！

终于到了学校，一切安顿好了，复习也进入了倒计时的状态。今天在寝室呆了一天，也足足复习了一天，现在来汇报一下情况：

练习Delta听力2.4 到2.4 D为止，把没反应过来的单词都划出来了，划出来以后是不是应该反复的听、反复的跟读这些呢？貌似我还没有跟读过。

本来想做一篇综合练习的，之前还没有练过，但是做了OG上的唯一一篇综合写作练习Track 42，但是备受打击。为什么练了这么久听力，连作文的lecture还是听不懂，论点能听懂但是支持的理由就很模糊了，偶尔才能捕捉到一些关键字，这些理由连自己都不能说服自己。我该怎么办？？

因此，晚上郁闷了两个小时，懊恼之余在想到底该怎么办！其实有时候对于我来说考托福是一条很艰难的路，不但是本身考试、听力对我的折磨，同时夹杂着对许多东西放弃的遗憾、一个人准备时的孤独与无助、当学习不顺利时的无奈与对自己的怀疑。我真的不知道在9.29二战前我将是什么样的状态去迎接考试，我想我真的没有勇气去考第三次了！

好了，说了这么多，还是说说晚上的进度吧。综合作文是没有练习了，后来我听写了老托的Part C I-12 的三篇，还算顺利。

明天，明天该干什么呢？背单词、练听力、还有背一些口语段子吧！本来不想写的这么郁闷的，但是心情实在是很糟糕，但愿明天能打起精神来了！！

求助一些各位牛人：听写的时候是一句话听多遍直到听懂了再把完整的一句话写下来，还是每次听到多少写多少，然后一遍一遍的补充？哪一个效果好？

和LZ一起加油啊，虽然这次的成绩马上就出来了，但是已经准备二战了，我们都是蜗牛，但是总有一天我们能到达我们要去的地方的

我看的上面的回帖，很多都是讲训练听力的方法。方法当然重要。我想在这个时候，意愿更加重要。也就是100％的投入。如果执着于方法，很容易分心，导致去比较各种方法，测试自己在某种方法下是否进步得快。这样会浪费大把的时间。

所剩的时间也不多了。100％的投入。不需要再去和别人比较或和自己比较。就一直往前冲，全力以赴，保持身体健康。that's it. 反问它一句，考试有什么难的？

翻了好久好久都没有翻到~~能不能把具体的贴出来啊,或者它到底在那个版块里面?~

楼主，看了你的帖子我很感动！我也是一只爬的很慢的蜗牛，也是29号考，觉得跟楼主很有缘呢。今天我第二遍听delta,还是有些不清楚的地方，气急败坏的我就听巴朗的模考，结果大受刺激，当时真的很绝望，想退考了！我从报名到现在说起来也有三个多月了，开始时是自信满满的，觉得三个月搞定个英语考试应该不成问题，结果这时间就在上课和暴多的挫事中流走了，当自己清醒过来是才发现自己做的其实很少，作文作文没怎么写，口语口语没怎么练，听力提高也有限，阅读好些吗？但是不知道屏读会怎么样！英文打字还巨慢！剩下的不到一个月的时间也未必能解决多少问题。我真的是鄙视自己到了极点！

晚上真的不知道自己是怎么从图书馆回到寝室的，有一种欲哭无泪的感觉，有一种转让考位的冲动！

你的帖子真的给了我很大的鼓励，我觉得不能放弃，就算只剩一天也要好好的利用！非牛人成为牛人的过程是艰辛的吧！但是有什么办法呢？明知道会受挫，会痛苦，但还是要走这条路！只因为我们也想爬到更高的地方，想看看美丽的风景！

另外，我的听力也遇到了同你一样的问题，我想从听不清到能听清也是一个进步吧，所以要坚持，我想还是我们听力练得不够吧，反复听罢，熟了就好了，呵呵

To mufeng、kaga、pinkice、Scofield0328、betty2169同学，虽然CD上报分的大多是复习半个月就能上100+的大牛们，这让我一度以为自己裸考也能考个80多，现在看来的确是高估了自己小看了ibt了。但是我相信不是所有的托友都是牛牛，更多的是像我们一样的非牛牛，或者我更愿意说我们也是牛牛——蜗牛，那些大牛们也许从小就有很好的英语环境、很强的英语基础，这些都是我们短期内无法弥补的。但是托福不是只为了那些大牛而设立的，我们这些小蜗牛依然可以寻找自己生存的空间。就像法拉利、宝马在路上飞驰，但夏利、桑塔纳一样有市场。只是我们不想永远停留在一只蜗牛，我们要蜕变，脱去蜗牛的外壳，总有一天我们也会成为真正的牛牛的。但是不得不承认，这蜕变的每一天都很辛苦，但是想想战胜ibt后的每一天吧，长痛不如短痛，我们都要加油啊！！！

单词明天就应该能初背完了，接下去的一个星期，重点是不断重复背划出来的难词，我打在word上了，一行一个，居然有30多页。所以之后的工作是反复、反复、再反复。

但是我依然没有开始阅读，单词背完了，下个星期的重点是放在老托福的真题阅读上。我会按照汉克老师的方法，每天精读5篇文章，重点理解文章、熟悉出题思路和句型结构的分析。

听力，今天将听完Delta了！在暑假曾一度被我感觉像天书一样的Delta终于肯完了一遍了，虽然很多地方还是囫囵吞枣的过去的，但是狗熊掰玉米，总算了掰完了一遍了。明天开始第二遍——满地捡，捡到的就是我的了！！

老托Part C按照每天三篇的听写速度，已经进行到18篇了，中途有几天没能按时完成。觉得不太稳定，有几篇简单的一下子能全都听懂，但是有几篇较难的还是要听很多遍还是有一些不能听出的地方，比如说：有一篇讲热气球的，真是听的痛苦！不知道其他的兄弟姐妹们是不是和我一样？我想这个不稳定还是因为我实力不到家吧，我一定要坚持坚持！

口语还没有开始，我口语基础本身还不错，发音语调都比较好，但是都是因为听不懂，才说不好的，我想先练习听力，到考试前10在准备吧，不知道大家看看行不行？

写作，这一块是我现在觉得最困难的。这几天在背写作必备的200句，感觉还不错。前几天看一个托友的文章，说是他200句背得滚瓜烂熟了，基本上考试的时候所有想表达的意思都能表达，感觉甚爽，我也想爽一爽。但是除了这个，我只是看了一些许轶得满分作文后面的专家修改的例文，觉得上面的句型和用词都有一点难，不想185这么通俗。但是如果看185又不知道从何看起。而且不太知道要看到什么程度，是要很熟悉几乎能背下来，还是只要看框架结构。我曾经背过填空作文法的模版，但觉得光是模版总是记不住。想想要不先背两篇高分作文找点感觉？但是又不能定心!因为对写作我十分迷茫，不知道应该从何下手，希望由经验的兄弟姐妹们能指导我一下！

好了，要开始一天新的学习了，我要每天都进步一点点！！加油，奋进中的小蜗牛！！

一点都不夸张，60分就是我的基础。感谢小马过河陪伴我走过的三个月！！！没有小马过河，我不可能有这样的成绩，谢谢小马哥，也谢谢小马过河

一点体会：

Freshman刚上路
去年12月6号，考前两天，脑淤血（得病率10万分之1……），虽然我运气好，没有成白痴，但直接丧失了6个月的记忆，而且，半年内记忆力只有以前的70%。春节都只有努力去回背高中的单词Y~Y，我记得，river是什么意思我都忘记了。确实够惨淡的。今年3月5号，违背了医生的建议，参加了美国直通班。入学2个星期后的模考，我阅读16，听力11，后面两科我都没敢考了，呵呵，怕绝望了。所以我说，当时最多能考到60分。毫不夸张。

Freshman 努力奋斗
为了好好安排学习，照顾好身体，我拟订了一个schedule，并且坚持每天都做到了。这也是很重要的过程！每天上课做到100%focus on it。不走神，不说废话，不睡觉。固然会很痛苦，但是，能换来这个分数，别无所求。5月1号，劳动节，课程结束。

Freshman 终于成功
在家里玩命（绝对是玩命）1个月后，参加了6月9号的考试，当时真是紧张的要死！我第一个答口语题，当时所有人瞬间把耳机都取了，听我的。我一下声音就降了下来。哈哈！现在想起来确实够搞笑的。考了以后我估计的分数是，85左右。呵呵，谁知道啊。Surprise!

经验心得：
大家从我的background就能得出一个结论，没什么不可能的,只要努力。Adidas+Nike: Impossible is nothing! Just do it!! ^ ^

阅读：这个我要特别感谢my idol-阿杜。呵呵，他的BG就不多说了，反正全能就是了，重要的是，关于阅读的方法确实是很Hi。哈哈，一开始的阅读文章的方法和拆难句讲解让我彻底对reading有了新的了解，新的态度。后来对每道解题方法更是让我们感觉眼前一亮-原来这么做啊！呵呵。所以，我就说再听了他的课以后的过程：我先把DELTA上的每一篇阅读都做了，然后每一篇的生词都查了出来并且分类，然后leisure time多花在看这些文章上和单词上，直到我看得想吐。然后我在CD上下了那100篇老托的精度。每篇按照考试做了，然后再精读。这个时候我发现，通过DELTA的练习尽管我没有背下红宝书（只看了2次）没有背下笑来的21天，但是词汇量也基本没问题了。再加阿杜的阅读方法，感觉很顺畅！
P.S：阿杜讲义后面那些历年考过的类比词汇一定要背！而且上课笔记特别重要！绝对不要分心！

听力：关于听写：我在上课期间按照小马哥给的作业，每天听写熟读了2个小时。结课后就再也没听写过了。感觉也没有衰弱的迹象。呵呵，大家要牢记：听写是提高听力的唯一途径！！
关于适应：每天一个小时看CNN，并且下载了Ipod ITurn上的每天1分钟快速news。速度非常的快！走路的时候，无聊的时候，发呆的时候都会听，但是感觉很爽。呵呵。此后听考试的速度就很轻松咯。先难后易嘛！
关于词汇：1，把小马哥上课提供天文学，生物学的词汇和课后作业的词汇背了2，Delta上我阅读总结的那些背了，就感觉no problem了。
关于练习：我做的是Delta的练习，还有每天做小马哥的耗尽心血的教材。大家一定要去下载哦~~~

口语：jack, u are so cool! 呵呵，大家上课不要被他的严谨吓到了，那只是外表现象，其实，
其实他也是很cute的老师…….呵呵，我除了跟着他的路子走，还要特别注意每天的练习，一天不张口，那怕半天不张口，感觉就会下降好多，我都是吃亏了2次以后再也不敢玩猫腻了。—。—！
平时的练习：T1,T2 我背了30篇例子，分类背诵：place, person, thing, moment, event等。推荐资料：曼特宁口语准备。里面有几十个例子，超级有用啊！哈哈！
通过以上练习，我前两道题目都是满分，可是后三个实在没办法练习，只有把template背的滚瓜烂熟，再认真记忆jack上课给的有用句子。

作文这个确实shock me!虽然考前我准备得还算充分，但，也没想到会是这个分。
Independent：我也吐血推荐大家走云儿教主2-1的格式路线，感觉思路是不会遇见麻烦的。条理也会很清楚，具体内容是：支持面的优点x2充分论述+反对面的优点1~2点简略论述。写文章一般不要写得太绝对。
其中涉及了template，请大家最好不要用网上的已经用过的模版，而应该走自己的路线，具体方法：我是按照阿杜的提示分段总结自己的模版。我先随机抽取了20个题目，没篇只写第一段，再总结出自己常用的句子和框架，同上，按照2-1的格式会有5段，我这样拆开段落练习了20篇，总结出来了自己的286字的魔版！至于网络上那些什么写作成语，写作必背200句，说实话，我觉得没什么用，因为我们还没到那么高的档次。呵呵。
Integrated：这个没什么好说的，关键在于听力和对细节的把握（这点很像阅读……）按照云儿的提示做，就肯定没问题，

我好久都没有练口语了，总是给自己找借口要多练听力。而且不想定计划，现在是做一天和尚撞一天钟

I can imagine how romatic it can ever be. I can lay on the beach and enjoy the charming ocean view when the ocean breeze is blowing and the seabirds are singing.

Moreover, I could taste the best seafood in the restaurants beside the sea, like lobsters and crabs.

I strongly agree that childhood is the happiest time in my life. Fristly, when I was a kid, I had little presure as I have now. For example, I seldom worried about my study and future. And, I had no financial problem. Secondly, I owned more time when I was a little girl so I could do whatever I really interested in, like reading science fictions and doing some sports which I have no time to do now.

I prefer enjoying my food in a quite place wherever in a restaurant or cafe. Fristly, quite place is good for my appetite and I could take my time when I have food while I would finish my meals hastily if I am in a noisy cafe or reataurant. Secondly, I would like to go to those places with my good friends. So, we need a quite place to talk or the conversation among us would just like shouting to each other

The discussion that the old buildings should be kept or not depends on their conditions. Most of the old buildings are representatives of people’s living history and civilization. I think
each old building has its own story. An old building could be the witness of a dynasty exchange, family history or even a romantic love story. So we should preserve them for our offspring. However, there are still some old buildings which have less value and could be tore down for the present city development.

I prefer going to traveling destination directly. Fristly, I would like to stay at one place for a period of time so that I could take my time to understand the history ,culture and the peole where I visited. Secondly, if people go to too many different places while they are on journey, this would distract their concentrations. Moreover, it will make people tired. As a result, people could not enjoy the place as they planned, just really in a hurry.

I think the most important quality of a person in a team is cooperation spirit. Frist of all, people who don' t have this spirit would not understand sharing their minds with other people and could not benifit from others' opinions.,which leads the group members have no idea about each other. Secondly, a team will be more competitive and strong until everyone in the term works together and shares with each other. Peole say that: unity is strength.

I perfer getting information by reading newspaper. Frist of all, I could take a piece of newspaper along with me wherever I go. Whenever I'm free, I can read the newspaper to kill time or for fun. Secondly, I find it difficult for me to stare at the screen of a televsion or a computer LCD for a long time. Because my eyes would feel uncomfortable. Moreover, I could choose the news I'm interested when I read the newspaper, but the television just play all the time no matter I like it or not.

The invention changed my life most through the time is internet. Frist of all, when internet was invented, people could find all kinds of information on it, like news, music, books or ads. We could chat with our family and friends, even a stranger on the internet wheven they are on the line instead the long waiting of a letter or the expencive of a teliphone.

9、人觉得在大学的学习是很重要的,有的人觉得它并不怎么重要,你的观点?

I think the study in the university is very important for a student. Frist of all, the knowledge we learned in the university could effect our further development. Someone may want to get a Master or PHD degree while others would explore their own career. Secondly, cotrast to the knowledge, the more important thing is the ability to learn by ourselves. We should have this ability in case of we could not find a teacher.

I have written a letter to my mother which was a homework from my teacher. In the beginning, I don't want to write the letter because I had quarreled with my mother the day before. However, after I returened home, I found my mother had already prepared the dinner for me and I felt so guilt about my thought. So I wrote the letter as soon as possible when I finished my dinner. In the letter, I told my mother how I love her and how moved by her patience and forgiveness.

I strongly agree that our life is much better than that of my grandparents’. Frist of all, most of people do not worry about if there would be not enough food to eat, which is a big problem in those days. Supermarkets and shopping malls meet the need of our daily life. Secondly, living condition has greatly improved now compared to the older generation’s. Children have their own room and some of people even have big yards.

I prefer choosing a profession that requires me to work as a group. Frist of all, I believe that I could not finish all the work on my own even though I don’t doubt my personal ability. Group members cooperation with each other and make the team filled with competence

The most important gift I have ever received was from my boy friend on my 20 years brithday. IT is a purse. Before that, I had no place to keep my changes. It was very embarrassing to look every pocket on my clothing for money. But I never thought about how to solve this problem.My boyfriend noticed this, and he gave me the purse as a gift. I was really moved. Not only by the lovely purse, but also his chariness. I cherish the purse and take it along with me wherever I go ever since that.

One of my challenging experience is the preparation of the Toefl examination. In the beginning, I found it is really diffivult for me because I didn't learn Enlish well before. For example, sometimes I couldn’t understand the conversation and my pronunciation also made others hard to understand. People said that practice makes perfect. So I tried my best to work on these problems spending much time studying English,practicing over and over again. My friends say I have improved a lot. And finally, I’m sitting here with confidende.

I prefer choosing a major by interest. Frist of all, people say: interest is the best teacher, that is to say, students would gain more if they have interest in what they are learning. For me, I really love flowers and grasses, so my major is turf management and I learned a lot with my passion. Secondly, money is not everything. I prefer studying in a traditional classroom. Frist of all, teachers play an important role in our study and we could communicate with them in person in the traditional classes, like eye contacts, facial expression and body language, which would make the classes more vivid. Secondly, we could talk to the classmates if we have some peoblem in the study. Moreover, we would make friends during the communications, which is impossible in the online courses.

18、Describe a painting you have seen before. Why do you like it or dislike it?

The painting I like most is "the fourteen sunflowers" by Vincent Van Gogh. One reason is that most of the works by Van Gogh are full of passion and livelyness, especially for this one. I fell in love with this painting at the frist sight I saw it. The golden bright tone of the whole picture makes me feel warm and sweet. Another reason is that sunflower is my favorite flower, whenever I see the sunflowers I would forget the bad things I suffered.

19、Someone focuses on one job throughout his life, others like to change from one job to the other. Which one do you think is better, why?

I think whether people focus one job or change from one to the another through a certain period of their lives mainly depend on their ages. For young people, what they need first is the experience. So they could change one job to another to gain more experience to adapt the socity better. Hovever, when people get older, they may want to have their own career. In that case, they should focus on one job to realize their dreams

One of the characteristics for a friend I would like most is honesty. I think honesty is the foundation of a friendship. If friends cheat mutually and then there would be no trust between them. How can they even make friends? Another respect is the filial piety. In china, people believe that someone is really bad if he doesn't take care about his or her parents and nobody would love to have a friend like that. Moreover, easy-going and kindness are also good characteristics for a good friend.

I prefer doing things by following the suggestions from my parents or friends. I think sometimes I'm too young to make a great decision on my own. I don't have enough experience. For example, when I finished my high school, I should choose a university and a major. I totallly have no idea which one should I choose. I don't know the current situation and the further development of one profession. However, my parents advise me to take electrical engineering, which I find lately really suit me well later.

I like to read some magazines in my spare time.Frist of all, magazines include some articles happened currently. So, compared to the novels and poems, I could know the lastest news from the articles in the magazines, like the best seller list and new movie show schedules. Secondly, It won't take me too much time to read a magazine. Most of the time, I just read something for fun, so in this reason, the maganizes suit me best

I don't like having roomates, so I prefer to live alone. Frist of all, I think people should have their personal spaces to enjoy their leisure time . Living with others means too many things that should be balanced well or we wouldn't have a harmony life. For example, If I need to take a nap wile my roommates are still working, I would be disturbed by them. This may lead to some probems bewtteen us. Secondly, sharing also bothers, like telepone bill and other fees which usually couldn't be shared equally.

Usually, I wouldn't finish a new book at one time. The reason is that I think enjoying a good book dose take time, or I could not get its best part. Sometimes, maybe I should even repeat some of the chapters once and again, which takes me even more time. If one book could be finished at one time, it must be temporary fashion but not a classical one. I don't like to read such kind of books. In a word, when I get a good new book, I would read it page by page, with most patience until I finish it.

If some people drop by my family, especially the visitors, I would like to serve them with dumplings. Frist of all, dumplings is the tradional food in China. It shows the hosts' most hospitality to the guests. Secondly, making dumplings is easy but it needs everyone work together. All of the people could enjoy the work and talk to each other. This makes people feel close and feel like just like home. And this kind of harmoney atmosphere is exactly what we want for our guests.

This song remind me the precious friendship and the impressive love story. There are many tragedies happened in the wars, and the love happened during the war always make people even more emotional. So do the three characters in the movie. When thinking about this, I would cherish my life and thanks to God that most of the places in the world are peaceful and I have the person I love and who love me.

One of the methods for relaxation is listening music. Listening music could reduce people's pressure through changing their mood. They could follow the music singing or dancing, which could also help them to relax. Another way is to enjoy themselves in doing some sports. Proper sports could inspire students' spirits and temporarily ease up the tensional study stress. Or they could just take a walk after dinner which is the best and easiest way to realx, I think.

One of the important room in my life is my mother’s kitchen. I love everything about food and I know that passion comes from the hundreds of hours I spent in my mother’s kitchen when I was growing up. As a kid, the kitchen was always always just the best place to be: It was warm, busy and full of smells. But the best of all, my mother. For as long a I rembmer, my mother has been a great cook. She taught me how cook and sometimes I even gave her my opinions. Now, enen if in some fancy reastaurant, nothing will compete to my mother’s kitchen.

I prefer to gather information through Internet. Frist of all, the information in the internet is almost infinite so I could find anything I need on-line while the information in the books is always limited. Secondly, books need adequate spaces to be kept and my home is not big enough to spare such a room. Meanwhile, the computer saves a lot of space, compared to the books. Thirdly, finding the information through the internet is convenient, just open the file I've kept. However, it's really diffficult for me to find something in the books.

学习了一天，真是累啊！早点休息了，今天花了两个小时的时间，又把longman的全部段子听了一遍，爽！！

明天是新的一周，重点放在阅读，之前我只背单词没有做阅读，但是看大家写的文章感觉阅读越来越难、越来越长了！小蜗牛要加油了！！
