三个表示限制修饰的形式

thousands of irate consumers demanding that （现在分词-限定
）

thousands of irate consumers with the demand that (with介词短语
–限定)

thousands of irate consumers who demanded that （定语从句
– 非限定)

不明白这三个有什么区别阿，意思似乎都一样啊，请NN帮忙指点一下啊，最好能帮忙翻译一下，可能汉语意思后的区别更容易明白吧，谢谢
