我不明白的地方是为什么c中的part of a deal不可以作同位语~~

同位语的结构中不是有一种是一个概括性的词来概括前面的句子的内容吗？为什么这里part of a deal不能用来概括前面it will purchase...for 950 million的这个句子呢？

part of a deal是形容词性质的，不是名词性质的

eg. I am a girl, bad.就比较奇怪。

第2，that it will purchase也表示了deal还没发生
