In countries where automobile insurance includes compensation for whiplash injuries sustained in automobile accidents, reports of having suffered such injuries are twice as frequent as they are in countries where whiplash is not covered. 答案的确是C，我错选了a，楼主能解释下选c的原因么，我觉得怎么a好像也对啊
