为什么答案是c。我觉得c中所说的，preservation of the whitefish和减少ruffe没有一点关系啊。

看了题目，应该有一种预感：答案应该是跟这种cards的受众有关。这样看来，其他选项都是无关选项，因为cards是发给人，而不是发给鱼（R）。

进一步考察C的reasoning，可以发现其argument在于根据题目信息，R的存在威胁到了W的生存，而如果没有人关心W的生存，自然不会有人来配合关心R的情况——正所谓“爱屋及乌”，C正是提供了这样的正面支持，即人们是为了W而关心R。
