e选享有个生词gubernatorial 是州长的，最关键的词是before，e选项说bergeron是否在在以前的州长选举之前都满足了作为候选人财务披露的要求(也就是说在还未成为候选人之前)。如果试着回答yes，那么bereron在每次州长选举之前就满足了要求，但是根据前面所说的，他从来未正式参加过竞选，那么就可以回答这次他也可能不会参加竞选，反之亦成立（注意这类问题对答案试着回答看能不能祈祷加强或削弱的作用）。
