这里不是分词和从句的区别问题，而是分词的完成式绝对不能修饰名词（A错）

其他的不用说了吧

分词表示多次，重复性动作，没有时间概念
从句表示一次性动作，有时间概念。

请问nn，是这样得吗？

就是一个规则：分词的完成式（having bought ）绝对不能修饰名词

记住就行，非常好用

楼上的高手说的很对啦, 分词的完成式通常是用来做状语的,绝对不能修饰名词, 我的语法书上这么说的.

我今天才知道这个语法点，请问NN用的是哪一本语法书？张道真的９５版的Page338介绍了分词的完成式通常是用来做状语的，但没说不能修饰名词，我还想多了解有关它的用法，能否指点一下？

我也不明白，og解释里说：

Choice A can be faulted because having bought on margin does not precisely establish a sequence of events; who had bought on margin is needed to indicate that the speculators made their purchases before there were declines in the market and before they were forced to sell.

但我看到语法书里说：

The tense of a participle is determined by the tense of the verb in the predicate.The present participle show action occurring at the same time as that of the verb.The past participle and the present perfect participle shows action occurring earlier than that of the verb.

好困惑。。。

另外，请教NN, 为什么the present perfect participle 不能修饰名词呢？
