我觉得A也讲得通啊，如果工人的工作是要求不被他人打扰的，那么允许工人在不同的时间到达工厂上班，必然时时刻刻有人进工厂，那么先到的工人不就受到干扰了吗？这样工作效率不就低了吗？

8点一起进来受干扰，分开时间的话，那就不受干扰了，那A就应该是增加工作效率了，而非题名要求的降低工作效率。

楼主讲的打扰是进进出出的打扰。题目的意思是错开工作时间就可以做到彼此不打扰。先到的人在别人没到之前可以不受打扰地工作，而且可以早下班，至少下班后离开公司，不会打扰后面正在工作的人。

A说的是在特殊情况才会打扰别人，如不同时间进来时大声喧哗等，

如果轻轻的进来就不一定打扰别人，所以该情况描述的不具有绝对性。
