workload is going to be horrible no matter what if you are compare to an easy job. So a little more horrible will not make your life much worse. Sorry, I have never worked in an easy job, so it is hard for me to imagine people working just 40 hours a week.

billable hours may increase depending on which area you work on. if you are woking in low profit sector, it is very likely.
