标题: 大全与OG　答案冲突的一题　到底哪个对？？

1.        The Olympic Games helped to keep peace among the pugnacious states of the Greek world in that a sacred truce was proclaimed during the festival’s month.

(B) world, proclaiming a sacred truce during the festival’s month

OG上给的答案是D　　大全上的答案是C　哪个对？？

OG说D自然是D了。。。

我个人觉得大概是由于the olympic games做单复数用均可，如果做复数用的话，they的指代会产生歧义（因为我们不知道题目到底是把它当复数还是单数考虑的）

D则没有这个问题。这么说有点牵强，因为C,D确实都讲的通的。按OG吧

The Olympic Games is 单数一定的。因为大写了。

OG上排除C的理由也是因为THEY指代不明　games or states~我当时想olympic games 是个专有名词，应该不会有歧义！　　但还是要看OG上的吧
