刘振民F-2里面说，用quantities来修饰可数名词people，这在语法中是不能接受的，所以A错。

请教下这个说法对吗？我在字典上查的都是说quantities of 和 a quantity of 后面加可数和不可数均可以呀？

也就是说vast quantities of people应该是对的呀？是LZM搞错了吗？NN请指点、确认，谢谢
