(B) unless there will be another doctor to testify

(D) should there be no testimony from some other doctor（C）

(E) lacking another doctor to testify

为什么不可以选B？

如果用B,我觉得应该换成THERE IS, 而不是THERE WILL BE

从句一般现在时表将来

used here is correct. nothing wrong with it.

B 用了there will be 或者 there is都会显得很啰唆，我想。
