应优先就近指代。但这没有太大意义。因为只要指代会引起混淆，就错

应该指代calendars，但这个THEM不仅显得多余而且还容易引起误解，所以不如E好。

问一个很弱智的问题，下面是大全注释里jnlvo版版所做的注释．选Ｅ我没有异议，想问一个问题，我们平时在确定时态的时候老说根据时间状语来确定时态，但如果没有时间状语，根据句意我们是否必须遵循句中原有的时态以做到时态一致．

1, sec04-24

B, C, D中的evidence of 不能清楚表达句意(应强调动词developed的意思)，用evidence that好。

A中basing them错.

E is best. 用developed正确。A中的have developed没有明显的依据（时间状语和句意）
