为什么选A啊？

B,C and 前后不平行

D in which 前的in 多余，且限制性定语从句不用which

E that 到底是修饰land还是communal ownership,如果按照就近修饰land的话就不通顺。

what had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership respected by the Spaniards应该同样是proposed的间接宾语吧。
