标题: 有道题目想问问。。OG-11，P695-76

原题在OG-11，P695-76，如下：
Naver before had taxpayers confronted so many changes at once as they had in the Tax Reform Act of 1986.
a) ---蓝色
b) at once as many changes as
c) at once as many changes that there were with
d) as many changes at once as they confronted in
e) so many changes at once that confronted them in

选d
我想问的是答案a的问题，OG解释说so...as 和 had 有问题，
那如果不看had，so...as 这个结构有问题么，gmat承认么？
如果能用 so...as , 我记得语法上说so...as 只能用在否定句中,那句首的never是表肯定还是否定？我知道never的意思是否定的，那有没有这种可能，never意思上否定，形式上肯定？

不知道我说清楚了没有。。。。

----------这道题A 的两个错误OG 解释的很清楚,一个是不能用had, 要么用did, 要么直接重复原来的动词confronted, so...as 的用法我记得新东方老师说过, GMAT考只有在句子中有not 与no 形式否定的情况下才用so...as , 即使像这题存在never 内容上否定也不能用so...as ,只能用as   ....    as

不知道我解释清楚了没有
