答案是A没问题，可是关于其他几项的解释不是很清楚。

查了老帖子，还是不清楚为什么rather to come, instead to come does not complete the second part of the sentence idiomatically. 这个second part 指哪部分。

我也有同样的疑问，问OG解释说是不完整呢？我觉得很完整了，

在BCD三个选项中，因为rather/instead to come之前用了逗号，就使其中的come和前文中the gains in the stock market reflect中的reflect处在同一个层次上，都是描写the gains的。这样逗号以后的部分，我想也就是OG解释里面所说的第二部分，在逻辑上就是不完整的或者说有问题的。

不知道能否这样理解，还请各位NN明示
