所以,很明显,整个argument是在反对第一句话提出的年纪大导致创造力的流失
我一直觉得是在说那写在40岁后有创造力的科学家的是因为工作经验,因此已经超出了年龄这个讨论范围了 因此是给的另一种解释啊

40岁后有创造力的科学家不是因为工作经验多,恰恰相反,是因为他进入这个研究领域较迟,所以在这个领域发挥创造力的时间较晚,而那些进入这个研究领域较早的科学家,他们创造力早就在他们进入这个领域后的一段时间内发挥完了
