促销政策是:买汽油,可免费洗车。
洗车也是有成本支出的,如果客户多买汽油产生的销售利润不能Cover这个洗车的费用,那促销就没什么意义了(促销就是以尽量少的支出,吸引客户多掏钱,如果支出的钱与客户掏钱后的利润相差无几,就没意义。)!
我觉得c说的是顾客在这次促销下一次购买10加仑以上,而如果没有促销是分多次买,每次少量,但是总量还是more的。说明顾客该买多少还是多少,这个选项讨论的是购买汽油的不同方法。跟原文讨论的促销have no sense。

but don't forget the answer should focus on the quesiton. the quesiton is said to compared the sales WITH SALES IN PREVIOUS YEARS. therefore, the answer should contend the word of last year's sales.

嗯,有道理,一开始也是错选C,看看A确实觉得没什么可挑的。当时就觉得C长得长,比较像正确答案就选了。看来还是得仔细分析啊
