A我觉得had been不是很好，应该用过去时

但是D中 audacity(抽象名词)怎么 never matched by AA or DM（人）？

我觉得是a的ever had been不对，就是读起来有点罗嗦，但句子的意思的确也是表示过去的过去，不该该成过去时

同意楼上，即使用过去完成时，也是have done. 不能用have been 表示被动的。

恩，所以D答案将audaciously名词化就可以避免had been的搭配不当。
