标题: GRE或RMAT是否必须

申请美国前100学校的phd是不是一定要这两个成绩，可惜在下从来没有考过？

还有在下现在有英国的master学位，能否成为一点点plus？

You meant "GMAT"? Yes, most, if not all, schools do not waive the requirement for GRE/GMAT.

If you Master was in relevant program and gave good research experience, then it is definitely a plus.
