答案为什么是D,不是B呀？感觉不到转折关系。

B有because，没有因果关系吧

但是我也读不出转折关系呀，到底想表达什么意思呢？

滑雪RESORT在雪道上提供音乐，大家可以选适合自己的音乐雪道（ROCK，POP。。。），但没有安静的雪道。
