and连接的话是复合主语，谓语用复数。or呢？

考点不在sets而在于unlike A, B do中A,B需严格对称，立刻排除A,B项，

E中there be sth done,错，

C中one不如[n.]standard好，for qualifying as to being也不对

恩。。。但是不考虑这道题本身的话，or后面应该加谓语单数把？
