对不起，我没有说清楚，下载后，文件打开是用Adobe Reader打开的，还是不能在电脑上填内容，只有先打印下来再用笔填。如何能upload?

You have to download Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader) to edit .pdf file.

It seems that acrobat can only convert .doc or .rtf files to those of acrobat files, not edit .pdf files.

However, I don't know how to fill the on-line materials. Maybe we can edit them by WORD and then copy them into the onl-liine forms.
