I do not think there is any way to waive the service fee as long as you need the official score report from ETS. I know some master and Ph.D. programs accept the copy of GRE and Toefl score report when applicants submit their application material, however, people must ask ETS to send official report after they get offer.作者: 有有 时间: 2003-11-22 14:30
