它的INFORMATION是整体的MARKET VALUE下降,整体的税收下降,但交税的百分比不变.

然后以下哪种情况符合这个逻辑关系.

MARKET VALUE (稳定下降==>steadily decline as shown in first sentence)   乘以     PERCENTAGE (不变) = 税收总收入.

税收总收入肯定也是稳定下降的结果啊,因此C说的是对的,去年的钱会比四年前的钱少.
