为什么这里 among the first (我认为这里的the first 只有一个吧？,那为什么可以说among the first ;

个人认为， among 后面一般是加复数名词的才对呀？)

看原句意思one of the first of Britain’s national museums 说明the first的不只有一家，再说没有人规定第一只能有一个啊，也有并列第一的啊

我的思路

因为first限定词的位置不能变，所以上来就排除BCE，只剩下AD

又因为to do 优于doing，选D
