"to best extract their flavor"的逻辑主语应该是厨师、主妇之类的人，而不是saffron threads

同意ls的意见。

再补充一点，就算其他不看，B当中最后的pounding也有问题，应该用being pounded比较好吧，因为逻辑主语是saffron threads
