答案选c，b之所以错是因为不可以用the吗？还是increasing不可以做形容词？

都不是，是因为压力是被增加的，用increased被动修饰。（被）增加的压力

increasing pressure可以说是不断增加的压力吗？这样好像也可以说得通的。

the是不能要的,平行less lending and increased pressure,加冠词不平行
