请问B中错误是否是由于being造成的，看前人贴说being应该去掉，但我在google上搜出了挺多这样的用法
还有E中形容词短语reluctant to do如何能作状语呢？没有见过这样的语法现象啊，请高手指点。
答案是E吗？
因为B没有主要main clause，when..,,being very reluctant to have any extra
