原题为. Galileo was convinced that natural phenomena, as manifestations of the laws of physics, would appear the same to someone on the deck of a ship moving smoothly and uniformly through the water as a person standing on land.

3. water; just as it would to a

4. water, as it would to the

5. water; just as to the

 看到了分号,就想问问XDJM 分号的用法 分号在什么情况下使用呢?

有点弱~~

分号代表省掉and

分号主要用来：

1)把两个意思上有一定联系的句子连在一起

2)连接两个等立的分句.....

个人认为就是第一个意思，第二个是补充说明。分号的前后一定是完整的句子，这点最重要。
