正常语序大概是这样的吧 

anger for repeatedly raising the issue and preventing the raw wounds from earlier battles from ever beginning to heal was among the emotions on display in the negotiating room

八过我翻译的比较烂，你就凑合着看吧

谈判室里充斥着各种情绪，愤怒就是其中之一，对［不断提出争议，而又不去解决已经产生的问题］而感到愤怒

 利用主谓一致　排除ACE

而Ｄ这个选项太凶猛了　没人敢选的

同意LS

还有是 anger for 不是 over, again.  所以 C D E out

"over and over again" is wordy    A out

同时 which was raised 强调结果，什么被raised，而原句是强调rasing的状态
