个人愚见：
102题 B项correct。 我觉得102题的主语不是running three days a week，是people (who run three days a week)，who...是修饰people的。compared with比较的对象是nonrunners也是人，比较对象与主语是一致的，都是人。
62题 的B项a vantage point, when combined with her talent for writing, that made... when从句省略了主语，容易让人产生歧义，一种理解：以为when从句的主语与主句主语一致，也就是Mercy Otis Warren combined with her talent for writing；另一种理解a vantage point was combined with her talent for writing。所以，如果把when combined with her talent for writing 放在that右边的话，才可以明确地去掉歧义，明确when从句是修饰a vantage point的。
不知道这样理解对不对，呵呵
