It的指代问题（蓝P84 Q1，P89，Q18）

B.its merits may be, the proposal of taxing

忘了说答案了。。

Answers: A.B

问题在于第一题中的IT出现在前面，不会产生指代不明的问题吗？第二题的指代就更离谱了，前面有N个名词被他指啊，况且it还是指代前面的整一个事的。。。

我觉得第一题应该选B，its应该是修饰proposal吧

第二题我觉得选A，B里面不是应该one fail(s)吗？

呵呵，谢谢iamhere啦！可是正确答案是A和B，觉得有点奇怪。

对于第一题，之前上XDF时记得听老师说it放在所指代词的前面会产生指代歧义云云，结果一上来就把ABC给杀了。。。至今不明所以。。。至于第二题，it放在一大堆名词后面，而且还表示对前面整一事件的指代，这样可以吗？

指代不清的问题比较复杂,不能一概而论

我这里有个方法,当有指代不清的嫌疑时,看该代词能不能指代离它最近的那个单词,如果指代没有问题,就不能说这个代词指代不清

its就近指代proposal,没有问题

注意:whatever its merits=whatever its merits are

不过对于第二题的it还是不明白哦，也不能就近指代啊。。。还请指正

第二题我选C

B选项,it没有指代, the lowest price中的price多余,而且句子结构笨拙,复杂,显然没有C好

对了，还有个问题，为什么第一题不可以选E的呢？

原句的主语是proposal,E的主语是taxing,改变了原句的意思
