请问，本科不是法学专业的，通过了国家司法考试（或者拿到了中国律师资格），可以申请去读LLM么？

美国法学院多如牛毛，一定有学校愿意受。要知道llm是很多法学院的主要经济来源。

如果你是瞄准高排名的学校，一般都没有硬规定，但是可能性比较小。

One of my officemate applied Northwestern Law School for a one year LLM right after she passed Chinese Bar Exam. However, i do not really feel it is a must for LLM application. Guess the ONLY avantage of having a Chinese license before pursuing your LLM is that you may find it easier in job hunting when you decide to come back after graduation.
