不好意思，重开一贴，看了以前的讨论，还是没看懂

前面有人说prep答案给的D, claim to be 不是固定的吗？如果又有claim,又有is ,那what从句中岂不是有两个谓语动词了？

还有一个what 引导的从句阿,从句少谓语动词阿

"it claims" is 插入语，可以省略。当然，"claims"也可以做 WHAT 的谓语动词，但是需要删除 to be 才符合语法。

我觉得(sth) it claims(sth)to be 没有错误吧
