标题: 问2题类型不太常见的题目

感觉这两题题目本身比较难理解，解题思路似乎也大多数题不太一样唉，请教大家啦

When more than one nominee is to be named for an office, prospective nominees must consent to nomination and before giving such consent must be told who the other nominees will be

Which of the following comments concerning the logic of the proposal is accurate if it cannot be know who the actual nominees are until prospective nominees have given their consent to be nominated?

这两体我都是第一次见，说实话不容易，我勉为其难，尝试一下

第一题：拿你做比方

你被诺贝尔初选委员会提名，之前我们要通知你，征求你的同意，只有你同意之后，才是真实的候选人。

同时在你同意前，我们还要告知你，有关其他真实候选人都是谁。

这里就出了一个问题：时间上是矛盾的

征求你的同意之前，我们无法告知你真实的候选人都是谁，因为你也有可能成为真实的候选人，如果你将成为真实的候选人，那其他真实的候选人就应该还没产生。

有点不好理解。

七国集团缔结某条约在约定的日期执行某个具体任务，同时这七个国家又与七国以外的国家缔结了同样的条约，日期不详，这势必造成这七国缔结的条约与其他国家缔结的条约，在时间上的出入，所以只要这七国中的任意一国不想履行义务，都有充分的理由回避。

所以不存在你说的“征求你的同意之前，我们无法告知你真实的候选人都是谁，因为你也有可能成为真实的候选人”

但有一点我好像明白了，就是只有最后一个人才知道其他prospective nominee是谁

第二题，with the action taken by the other countries when it had completed its action.这句话不理解啊？？？
