就是说1994年新增加的那些电台和原来的覆盖范围是一样的，并没有扩大，所以能收听到的人还是那么多

配备RDS的收音机数量不变=》接受特别节目的人数不遍

由文中黄色部分可得出作者的假设是RDS覆盖范围的变化并没影响到接收特别节目的人数，即：A

A好复杂，研究了半天...

原来是在说一些过去装备的RDS确收不到节目的人，这些人的存在没有使rds得数量增加，但是却可能使收到的节目数量增加，A正是排除了这点可能性

标题: 一点归纳
对题干有两个假设可能推翻结论，
第一，电台变多增加了覆盖范围，配RDS的收音机数量虽然未变但听到的人多了，包括以前有收音机但听不到的人。
第二，虽然没有增加收音机，但在公共场合播放的频率或范围增加，则收音机本身的受众也可能增加。

A选项对应第一种假设排除，未找到有排除第二个假设的选项。因是选必要条件，非充分条件，因此选A

我是这么做的：

收到电台必须2条件：1.电台广播 2.自己有设备
题目：1增加，2不变 --> 收听did not increase
A．1增加了数目，但没扩大范围，所以，还是只有2能听到，别人听不到
B．=2不变
C．说decrease，无关，题目只涉及increase
D．1增加，2没有 --> 不能收到【废话，当然不能，而且注意时间，in 1996。原题时间段94-96。这里只说96，没提94,59，做assumption显然是覆盖面不够的】
E．彻底无关，时间也不对

A应该是说，1994年后建的Station很少会覆盖那些以前不能被覆盖但拥有设备的人所居住的地区。也就是说1994年以前station就已经覆盖了有设备的人所在的地区。所以有设备的人既然没变。收听的人数也没变

我错了这题。
但我想说，如果A对，那这个文章有一个最基本假设，就是世界上有一种SB，明明没信号却去买收音机。
D，我还是觉得对。叔岁数大了，96年正大一，那时候我们一个宿舍只有一个收音机，听球赛.

回复一下D选项，比较简单的一个道理就是，CR中的答案应该是new premise，D选项跟原文一样，这一点上可以秒杀了

题目逻辑链：
虽然rds电台数量增加，但是有rds功能的收音机的数量没有增加----》收到特殊信息的人数也不会明显增加

如果拥有rds功能收音机的人他们所在地区的94年之前没有rds电台，那么随着rds数量增加从而覆盖到该地区，那么之前有rds功能收音机的人就能够收到特殊信息，该人数增加。
a选项：
双重否定（意译）----有rds功能收音机的人们在之前就能够接收到rds电台的信号。

Spot the question type: Necessary Assumption

Core of the argument:

If TBSPI be received, it must be radio with RDS feature.

1994 - 1996, Numbers of RDS radio stations increases. RDS equipped radios are the same.

so, people who receive TBSPI must not increase significantly.

他在告訴你什麼？他在告訴你有其他變因拉, 這其他變因就是不管人有沒有這樣的設備, 以前沒有無線電站時, 就算有ＲＤＳ的設備, 也是收聽不到, 那現在有了多的無線電站, 原本收不到的人不能夠因為無線電站的數目增加而收聽得到。

所以Ａ選項為 Perfect Defender 的角色。

B. Negate - " Not most "

We do not know if Not most means none or some. We can't infer anything.

C. 無關, 人家說沒有大幅度的上升, 你這裡再講沒有大幅度的減少。

D. 我們看到 any program 的時候就馬上可以把此選項刪掉了。原文限定在 special progrm對不對？

E. support.
