标题: prep2-19 nn指点一下吧

19.

Some anthropologists regard the early hominids' manner of walking as being less efficient than in modern human beings.

(A) as being less efficient than in

(B) as less efficient than it is in

(C) as less efficient than that of

(D) to be less efficient than that of

(E) to have been less efficient than it is in

C正确

错选D

ABE 明显排除

regard as/to be  在这里有什么区别呢?

我怎么觉得d 更加清楚呢

是否有  regard sth as adj 这样的表达习惯呢?

regard 都用AS搭配的,没有见过用TO BE

谢谢mm 总是热心解答我的问题

这几天重新总结prep

觉得是比 gwd 更加权威和有意义的 题库

可是语法区的讨论真的不是很完善呵

之前gwd 都是04年的nn 热烈讨论的

prep 应该交给我们07一辈的了

I am also puzzled. Here as is a prep., so I think it should be followed by V-ing or N.. Maybe it is just an idiom that cannot be thought of in terms of grammar rules.

Perhaps. Both in Longman and in the GMAT qeustions, we can find such examples as  "regard somehting as unmoral", or" viewed something as very good".

把以前的讨论贴翻出来了,哪个nn能帮忙说以下,B的prep解释为什么是 it指代hominids’ manner,不符合逻辑。?

我觉得满正常的阿,Some anthropologists regard the early hominids' manner of walking as less efficient than (hominids' manner of walking) is  in modern human beings.

谢谢

这里对比的是 早期人类的 走路方式  和 现代人类的 走路方式

it 为特指代词 指代 早期人类的走路方式 整体,如果用 it 的话 意思就变成了 现代人类的 早期人类的行走方式。 不合逻辑~

o , 有道理哦,都是 hominid 的错,谢谢楼上的解释。
