看过讨论后，NN们都说第二题THAN后要补出THOSE

1）请问谁能具体得告诉我什么时候需要补出THAN后的代词什么时候可以省略？

2）第一题之所以THAN后不用补是不是因为比较前后为同一个东西？

我觉得第一题省略的不是it was,而是proportion，因为THAN连接的是in the presidential campaign of 1992和in any previous election两个平行结构

至于第二个问题我也想问呢
