对OG解释有点不明白：

请问黄色部分是什么意思呢，百思不得其解，汗！

分号后的主谓语都有，有什么不完整的？

B, each state的each和their predominant的their单复不对应

C,标点符号问题，应该用逗号不是分号

D,不太明白OG的解释，但是determines错，因为其主语是the predominant industries and the regulatory environment，要用复数

1。OG黄色部分的解释是什么意思啊？

2。OG说分号使句子不完整，可是分号后的句子是完整的啊？

“Each state must be compared to all other states”。由于原句中使用“similar”一词，所以必须存在二个以上的单位才可形成比较，否则谈不上“类似”。例如：“全部学生的成绩都差不多”，不能说“每个学生的成绩都差不多”。

我想C选项解释是说分号使整个句子不完整。
