我觉得E就是排除他因啊,如果94年员工少于去年,
总排放/员工数=每人排放
则也许94年和去年的总排放相同呢,

我觉得E就是排除他因啊,如果94年员工少于去年,

答案應該是E吧
總量/worker =hazardous wast per production worker
worker 越少= hazardous wast per production worker 越多, 反之亦然-->所以該是E
