only 的位置尽量和原句一致；only 的位置不同说明侧重点和所要强调的对象不一样

1. Only位置不能随便改变,原句的only做形容词修饰the second, C选项的only做副词修饰published

2. one多余, the second指代the first book的book, one也指代book,指代重复

此题考平衡结构，only出现在the second前面并不破坏这种代词平衡，同时only放前面意思是“美国女人发表的仅仅排在第二位”，得靠逻辑来选。

对于选E和only的位置我没有意见，唯一的问题是“遥远的绿洲”提出的第2点：

如果在做其他题目时遇到the second, the third tec...后面都不再加代词了么？我怎么觉得加不加one都可啊。我们常见的the first one, the second one, the third one，大家也没说the first one, the second, the third....

请NN给解释一下。
