这个假设不是必要的,就算not B,题目中的arguement照样可以成立。解释如下:
倘若“那些被要求参加锻炼的人招致的医疗费用将比没有被要求参加锻炼的人要多”,只要被要求参加锻炼的人身体好了,自己的医疗费用减少了,也就达到personnel officer目的了。
